The End of the Civil Justice System in the USA?
The Motion Picture Association of America said intellectual-property holders should have the right to collect damages, perhaps as much as $150,000 per copyright violation, without having to prove infringement.
Why don't they just ask the court to award them judgment upon filing the lawsuit, too? Ridiculous!
