User takes risk of using information provided as all decisions on how to proceed are to be made by user. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds will be given.

Services do not include evaluation of spelling or grammar in contracts. Contracts submitted cannot be more than 6 pages and must use either arial, courier or times new roman fonts. Contracts submitted must be in the English language (standard American usage) - no foreign languages in part or in whole. Contracts larger than 6 pages will require an additional fee.

User assumes all risk of internet transmission problems and errors both ways including delays due to spam filters.
